We have carefully perused the said order. The Hon’ble SCDRC has been

 pleased to allow the First Appeal preferred by the Ops-Jdrs and set aside the order passed by this Ld. Forum on 26.02.2015 in the CC No.CC/574

of 2014.

In view of the said order, the instant EA has lost its force as the Hon’ble SCDRC has been pleased to dismiss the complaint.

Hence, it is ordered that EA No. 166/2015 is hereby rejected having no merit.
