            The complainant is found absent on repeated call and no steps filed. On perusal of the case record it is found that, the complainant is absent after 09.12.2021and no steps have been taken by the complainant so far. The complainant probably does not want to proceed further in the present case. 

            Hence the case is dismissed for non prosecution. 

             This case is disposed of accordingly.

              The Judgment be uploaded on the www.confonet.nic.in for the perusal of the parties.
