ORDERS ON OFFICE OBJECTION

          This complaint is filed on 21/06/2016.  Since then the complainant failed to address the arguments on admission and also not stated anything about the office objection.  Further, on perusal of the complaint and documents produced by the complainant it is seen that the complaint of the complainant does not fall within the jurisdiction of this Forum as the complaint of the complainant prima-facie seems to be commercial purpose.  Moreover, the complainant did not address his arguments to show whether his complaint is maintainable before this Forum.  Hence, we are of the opinion that the complaint of the complainant is not maintainable before this Forum.  Accordingly, we dismiss the complaint by giving liberty to the complainant to approach the competent Authority/Forum.
