Both the Parties present. The DHR filed a memo stating that-in that, he has received the awarded amount with interest in full from the JDRs and as such he does not want to proceed with the case. He further submitted in the memo, that the DHR will not claim further against the JDRs.

Perused the memo considering the above facts. We disposed off the case after full satisfaction.

Case is disposed off accordingly.
