complainant in absent and no steps taken to-day on his behalf. it is seen from the records that therefor a direction on 31.10.2014 to the complainant to furnish & file fresh steps for issue of notice a fresh to the O.P.s. But the complainant remained absent from 31.10.2014 to till date and in the meantime 9 (nine) numbers of adjournment has already been passed away but the complainant doesn't turn of to comply the previous direction/orders till to-day.it is pressed that the complainant is not interested to proceed further with this case.hence,the case of the complainant as not complied the direction of this forum.
