ORDER

order dated 04/10/2000 Respondents are hereby directed to refund an excess bill amount of Rs.4,761/- with interest at 12% per annum from the date of this complaint i.e,3/2/2000 till the date of payment with costs of Rs.500/- to the complainant within 60 days from the date of receipt of this order. Since we have allowed interest on the excess amount collected. No damages for mental harassment.
