1. Complainant is aggrieved by the change in shades and lines on the tiles purchased by him from first opposite party and manufactured by 2^nd opposite party.
2. The complainant was directed to file proof affidavit on 16/3/2023 and posted to 20/4/2023. On that day, complainant did not file proof affidavit and the matter was posted to 18/5/2023 as final chance. On 18/5/2023, there was no sitting and the case was adjourned to 26/6/2023.
3. On 26/6/2023 the complainant had not filed proof affidavit. He was not present court either.  Hence the matter was taken for orders on merits. 
4. Complainant has not taken any steps like appointment of a Commissioner who can report on the condition/nature of tiles to prove that the tiles purchased by him changed its shades owing to manufacturing defect of the tiles. Further he had also not filed his proof affidavit after providing ample time.
5. Hence we presume that there are no merits in the case of the complainant. Accordingly,  this complaint is dismissed.
