Complainant is represented. Judgment is prepared in separate sheets and pronounced in open court.

The complainant is entitled to get the death benefit under both the policies as prayed for along with simple interest thereon at the rate of 9% (nine) per annum from the date of filing the claim petition before this forum in respect of Insurance Policy Nos. 2846827 and TDW 3064132 in which complainnat was nominated as nominee subject to deduction of the amiount if already paid. 

The complainant is further entitled for getting a compensation of Rs10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand ) as cost of proceeding. 

The O.P No. 1to3 are directed to pay the awarded amount to the complainant within 90 (ninety) days of passing order.

Case is disposed accordingly.
