Mediator filed settlement agreement. Hence complaint disposed off as per the terms of settlement agreement. Settlement agreement shall form part of this order.
As per the terms of agreement we direct opposite party to take necessary steps to remove the name of the complainant from the CIBIL by recording due amount nil.
Order shall be complied within one month from the date of receipt of order, failing which in addition to compliance of the above order the complainant is entitled to get Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) along with 6% interest from the date of order till realization as compensation.
