 Complaint is filed to get refund an amount of Rs 1,00,000/- from the opposite parties. Case is posted for hearing on admission. Several chances are given. But the complainant did not appear before the forum for hearing. On the perusal of the complaint it is found that the complainant filed a vague complaint bereft of any details. There are no details regarding as to when the complainants had taken the policy, when the first premium was paid and on which date the policy will be matured. Before admitting the case Forum has to verify whether the complaint was filed within the period of limitation. Without these details we could not admit the complaint.  

In the above circumstances, without going to the merits of the case we dismiss the complaint with liberty to file afresh.
