            The Advocate for DHR is present and filed a memo stating the amount for final settlement of claim. Copy is served. The Advocate for JDRS 4 & 5 also filed a calculation sheet towards payment of decretal amount. We heard from both sides. The DHR is directed to receive the cheque for Rs.3656.50 bearing No.000464 dated 10.6.2016 of HDFC Bank and direction also given to the JDRS  4&5 to pay another sum of Rs.971.00 to the DHR for compliance of order passed in CC 31/12. Accordingly the DHR received Rs.971.00 in cash from the Advocate for JDR 4&5, and the token of receipt of Rs.971.00 by the Advocate for DHR has filed by the Advocate for JDRS 4 & 5 with full and final settlement.

            As the DHR received his decretal amount with full and final settlement, we closed this execution proceeding forthwith. The NBW (A) issued against the JDRs 4 & 5 may be recalled immediately.

            Issue copy of the extract order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
