Record put up today on the strength of memo filed by the complainant. It is submitted by the complainant that both the parties have resolved their dispute outside the court and as per their settlement the defective Multi Crop Paddy Thresher has been replaced by a new one, as such the complainant does not want to proceed further with the case.
