The   Complainant through her advocate on 10-06-14 filed memo to the following effect:

        “It is submitted that the complainant herein received an amount of Rs.1,15,000/- by way of demand draft dated 10-06-14 from the opposite parties towards full and final satisfaction of the subject matter.  Therefore the complainant herein prays that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the complaint without costs as adjusted out of Court”

In view of the said memo, the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.
