This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- being the cost of Television together with interest at 18% p.a. from the date of filing of this complaint to till the date of realization, to pay sum of Rs.1,50,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, irreparable hardship and loss suffered by the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for additional loss towards no regular family entertainment with cost to the complainant.

Proof affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations raised in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel called absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
