Final Order / Judgement

Today, case is fixed for arguments. At this stage, ld. counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that due to some technical defect, I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of the complainant with a liberty to file it afresh on the same cause of action. Extra sets of the complaint alongwith documents may also be returned.”

In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action. Office Extra sets of the complaint alongwith documents are ordered to be returned. Copy of the order be supplied to the complainant, free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
