            The complainant filed a petition praying for restraining the O.Ps and their men and agents from curtailing the right of the complainant from renewing the legally owned domain and from transferring, alienating in respect of the domain in favour of any third person and clouding the right, title and interest of the complainant in respect of the domain in any way and from any mischief in any manner in respect of the domain till disposal of this case stating the ground in the petition. This petition is registered as M.A. No. 84/2020. This M.A is moved by the Ld. Advocate appearing on behalf of the complainant. Perused the instant petition as well as the complaint together with the submitted documents. On perusal of the aforesaid materials we found that prima-facie is made out. But the nature and character of this case does not show the urgency as well as cause of irreparable loss. Rather if the instant M.A be allowed in that event balance of in-convenience surely create in future as the instant case stands on summary procedure. Hence the instant M.A is considered and rejected.

          Thus, the instant M.A. being No. 84/2020 is disposed of.
