ORDER

ORDER DATE- 25/04/1996. The respondent are directed to supply the required quantity of water for the industrial production of the complainant as per the project report which has been agreed by the repondents to supply. It is further directed that the respondents shall pay a sum of Rs. 50,000/- to the complainant towards the compensation for having suffered the loss by the complainant. To pay a sum of Rs. 1000/- to the complainant towards the cost of the proceedings. The respondents shall comply the above direction with in one month from the date of receipt of this order.
