The case is posted to 30.11.21 for hearing and on the strength of record call for petition, the case record is put up today. Advocate for Complainant is present and filed a withdrawal petition stated that the dispute and claim of the Complainant has been amicably settled between both the Parties outside this Commission. The Advocate for the Complainant also filed a Xerox copy of Aadhar card of the Complainant. Both the petitions are duly received by the O.Ps without any objection. Heard and perused the withdrawal petition along with record call for petition and the same are allowed. Hence, the case is dropped today.
