At this stage, ld. counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

          “Stated that as per the instructions of the complainant, I withdraw the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.”

In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
