                        Advocate for J.Dr. No.1 filed a put up petition. The J.Dr. No.1 has deposited Rs. 14,200/- vide cheque No. 017118 dated 13.03.2023. Learned advocate filed a detail calculation @12% interest from 19.05.2014 to 29.11.2021 and spare parts value Rs. 608/- and Rs. 2470/- has been deposited. As the order of this Commission has been complied the B/W issued on 23.08.2022, 12.09.2022 and 24.01.2023 are hereby recalled. The B/C is directed to send information to Asst. Police Commission, Thiruvottiyur Police Station 8^th street, SBI Colony, Thiruvottiyar Chennai, Tamilnadu 600019 not to execute the warrant as the J.Dr. has complied the order of the Commission.

The B/C is directed to inform the D.Hr. to receive the deposited amount and submit receipt therefor.

Later  The D.Hr present and received the D.D. No. 017118 dated 13.03.2023 for Rs. 14,200/- from J.Dr. along with cost of Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousand) to-wards spare parts and full and final settlement of the case.
