Both the parties are absent. No steps are taken on their behalf. The case is posted for hearing on the petition filed on behalf of the O.P. praying to dismiss the case  as not maintainable. The O.P. filed the said petition on 10.03.2016. Advocate for the complainant filed hazira on that date. There after both the parties have been reaming absent in the Forum. The long absence of both the parties, presumes that they are not interested to proceed with the case. So for the ends of Justice, it is advisable not to proceed with the case. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed for default of both the parties.
