Today is fixed for admission hearing as a Special chance by Complainant.

         Complainant is absent today without any step.

        It is not now 12:45 PM on repeated calls neither the Complainant nor anybody for Complainant is found present.

        It appears from case record that Complainant is found absent without any step on several dates previously.

        In view of above facts and circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainant is not interested to proceed with this         case.

        In view of above facts and circumstances the case is liable to be dismissed.

       Hence it is,

         That the C.C No.37/2014 be and same is here by DISMISSED FOR DEFAULT BUT WITHOUT COST.
