BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties to bear the responsibility to this matter and replace the defective product i.e. TV, manufactured by 1st opposite party sold by 2nd and 3rd opposite parties and to pay damages to the extent of Rs.100000/- being loss suffered by the complainant as a result of the defect goods and deficiency in service, and the damages for the mental tension, agony and disappointment suffered by the complainant at the hand of the opposite parties and cost of this complaint.

          Complainant absent.  No representation. Complainant counsel absent.  Sufficient time already granted.  Complainant has no interest in prosecuting the complaint.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
