The complainant has remained absent in this case since from 28.08.2015 without assigning any reasons.  The complainant also failed to take steps to OP-2.  Therefore, the complaint as against OP-2 also came to be dismissed for not taking steps.  Subsequent to filing of version, the complainant was called upon to file his affidavit evidence.  However, the complainant has remained absent continuously and failed to file his affidavit evidence and prosecute the complaint.  It appears that, the complainant has no interest in prosecuting the complaint.  Despite giving more than 6 months time and opportunity the complainant has failed to prosecute the complaint.  Therefore, the complaint is dismissed for non prosecution.
