                                                                                      JUDGMENT

            The complainant has sold seed to opposite parties for which opposite parties are consumer and complainant is a seller as such complainant cannot term himself as consumer.

            The issue raised in this case has already been adjudicated in C.C. No.85/2018 and the issue which ought to have been raised cannot be raised in a different consumer complaint in a different case by adding or deleting some other opposite parties. Filing of second consumer complaint on the self same issue is also hit by the principles of Resjudicata for which we are inclined to interfere in the matter for which we dismiss the present consumer complaint as it is already been raised, considered and adjudicated by this Commission as such the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
