          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to deliver the car immediately and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards mental agony and to pay Rs.1000/- as cost of the complaint.

       

Proof affidavit of complainant and opposite party-1 not filed for long time.   The complainant and opposite party-1 called absent for long time.  Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
