Both sides represented through counsel.  It is submitted that the dispute in this case has been settled among the parties, outside court.  What remains is only execution of the sale deed in favour of the complainant which the opposite parties have agreed to complete before 31.03.2023.  In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
