Complainant is  absent .  On perusal of the record we find that the complainant was absent on 29/05/10 , 25/11/10 , 24/06/10, 22/07/10 , 17/09/10 , 25/11/10 , 24/12/10 and from 03/02/2012 to till today . the complainant has not adduced any evidence also . we have also perusal the w/version of op no -02 and warranty card . in view of the please taking by the op . case cannot succeeded considering the absent of the complainant we are of the opinion that the complainant has not got interest . In the Circumstance noted above , Case is dismissed .
