The Managing Director, M/s Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd. & ors. this complaint has been partly accepted with costs against Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 as per the directions given therein. Complaint against Opposite Party No.3 (HDFC Ltd.) has been dismissed, with no order as to costs.
