ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Amarbir Singh Pahwa, Counsel for Complainant has stated that he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint with better particulars after impleading necessary party. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint with better particulars after impleading necessary party(ies). However, the period of limitation spent by complainant in prosecuting the present complaint before this Commission shall be excluded for the purpose of limitation.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
