This complaint has been filed by the complainants against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to cancel the booking dated:09.12.2010 and return back the advance amount of Rs.50,000/-  with interest at the rate of 24% from 09.12.2010 to till the date of realization of the amount, to return back the amount of Rs.4,50,008/- with interest of 24% from 27.01.2011 to till the date of realization of the amount and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for physical and mental agony along with interest at the rate of 24% p.a. from the date of filing this complaint to till the date of realization of the amount and cost of the complaint and legal expenses.

Memo filed by the complainants’ Counsel is recorded.   In view of the Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of the Forum.  The Memo form part of the order.
