Order dt.12/07/2006 The complaint is allowed. The O.P. is directed to pay a) Rs.28,000/- with permissible interest from 01/12/2001 till its realisation, b) Rs.14,864/- with interest @ 10.5% p.a. from 12/12/2002 till its realisation and Rs.5000/- with interest @ 12% p.a. from 30/03/2001 till its realisation with Rs.500/- to the complainant with in 90 days from the date of receipt of this order. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- A.S.Hemalatha, Member
