ORDER

Order dt.07/10/2004 The complaint is allowed. The respondents jointly and severally are hereby directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,82,325/- less Rs.1,35,000/- (The complainants have relied loan of Rs.1,23,750/- and after pledging the 'Shreyas Certificate' and after calculation of interest would come to Rs.1,35,000/- and its interest to the complainant with agreed interest at the rate of 10.5% interest on the amount due from 08/12/2002 till the date of payment with cost of Rs.1000/-. sd/- M.R.Devappa, President, sd/- K.S.Prasad, Member sd/- A.S.Hemalatha, Member
