The record is taken up at the instant of the Complainant who files a petition for returning the original documents filed by him.

The petition be treated as M.A No. 53/2018.

Heard Ld. Advocate of the Complainant.

We find that the present case has been disposed of on 06/06/2012 finally by this Forum and the appeal preferred against the said order was also dismissed.

So we find no impediment to allow the prayer.

Hence,

            Ordered,

                        that the petition dated 28/05/2018 filed by the complainant for returning his original documents filed by him i.e. M.A No.53/2018 be and the same is allowed.

Let original documents filed by the complainant be return on proper verification and receipt keeping Xerox copy of the same with undertaking to refile the same if required.

Thus the MA is disposed of.
