DOCKET ORDER

          The counsel for the Respondent present. No representation for petitioner/complainant. The petitioner/complainant has filed a petition praying to bring on record the petitioners as complainants 2 to 5 as Legal heirs of deceased complainant.

          The said complaint was returned by the Registry for certain compliance. But till date the returns has not been complied with. Today the matter posted for appearance of petitioner or for dismissal. When the matter called at 10.30 a.m there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence the matter passed over and again called at 12 p.m even at 12 p.m there was no representation for the petitioner.

          Hence the MPSr is rejected consequently CC.47/2011 is dismissed as abated.
