Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

              It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that they have obtained ex-parte order from the learned District Commission,Khurda at Bhubaneswar  but due to non-functioning of the District Commission, the interim order has not been extended. As such  learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Commission to revise the order passed by the learned District Commission.

            In view of the fact that the District Commission,Khurda is not functioning due to absence of President/Member, the interim  order is revised by extending order dtd.01.10.2021  passed by the learned District Commission till the bench of learned District Commission  is constituted. 

                 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the copy of the order on the Op who is at liberty to approach this Commission for any variation of the order if required.  It is also made clear that learned District Commission after constituting their bench would hear this matter and disposed of  the case within a period of 60 days from the date of  convening the bench with due notice to the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this order in office of  the District Commission,Khurda.

                   The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
