     Case preponed and taken up today in the National Lok Adalat on the basis of application filed jointly by both the parties. Per contents of the application, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and grievance of the complainant has been fully redressed by the OPs, as such, the complainant wishes to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied. Contents of the application confirmed from the complainant through virtual hearing. Hence, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled. It be not listed on 12.10.2021 as already ordered as it stood disposed of today 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
