Statement of Sh.A.K.Gandhi, Adv. Counsel for OP No.2 recorded that the OP No.2 offered to settle the claim of the complainant involved in the present complaint @ Rs.98,000/- as a full and final settlement amount. Amount will be paid within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Commission.

Further, Statement of Smt.Nirmala Sharma, Complainant along with Counsel Sh.Sohit Talwar, Advocate recorded that he admits the offer given by Counsel for OP No.2

In view of statement suffered by the Complainant along with Counsel as well as Counsel for OP No.1, parties have settled the matter amicably. So accordingly, the award is passed and the OP No.1 is directed to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs.98,000/- to the complainant within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The present complaint is accordingly disposed of. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties, free of costs, as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
