1. Today, this complaint is fixed for compromise of the party and accordingly, Sh. Vikas Kumar Gupta, Adv Counsel for the OPs No.3 to 5 suffered a statement that as per instructions received from OPs No.3 to 5, they are ready to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- i.e. the sum insured as full and final claim of the complainant in the present case within a period of 30 days. Accordingly, the complainant suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of counsel for the OPs No.3 to 5 and agreed to accept the aforesaid offered amount as full and final claim and further stated that his complaint may be disposed of accordingly.
2. In view of the statement given by counsel for the parties, the matter have been amicably settled between them and OPs No.3 to 5 ready to pay the full and final insurance claim of Rs.1,50,000/- to the complainant and similarly, the complainant, vide his separate statement admitted the said amount as full and final insurance claim. So, accordingly, this complaint is disposed of and OPs No.3 to 5 are directed to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs.1,50,000/-, to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of order, failing which the OPs No.3 to 5 will liable to pay interest on the aforesaid amount of Rs.1,50,000/- @ 12% per annum from today i.e. 11.03.2019, till realization and accordingly, this complaint disposed of. File be consigned to the Record Room.
