ORDER

THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as compensation for mental agony and hardship  with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost of the complaint.  

 

Proof affidavit of complainant not filed.  No representation on the side of the complainant.

At 3.15 P.M.

The complainant is called absent, No other representation.   In spite of sufficient time is given and pending from 27.7.2015, the complainant

 

has not come forward to file the proof affidavit as her evidence in order    to prove the allegations made in the complaint.  Therefore it is clearly shows that the disinterest of the complainant in the further progress of this complaint.  Hence, there is no justification to prolong this matter further. 

        In the result, this complaint is dismissed for default.  No cost.
