Complainant is absent today   without   any steps.   Opp. parties   are   present   today    through   ld. counsel. Opp. parties ahve filed a   petition vide   no-  446/22   and   submit   that   a long   time  , the   complainant has   not   appeared   before   this   Hon’ble   Commission   and has   not filed   his   evidence. Opp. parties also   submit   that   from   the   act of   the   complainant  , it   transpires that  , the  complainant   is  not   willing   to contest   in the   case as   such   this   commission   may   close   the right     of the  complainant    to file   his   evidence   or may   dismiss  the   instant   case. It is appeared   from  the   earlier   order   dtd. 16/7/21,14/9/21,26/11/21   &  10/02/21  that   the   complainant   has   absent   without   any steps. 

So, this   case is   dismissed   for default.
