ORDER

             Ld. Counsel for respondent-JD no. 1, has made a statement that the compliance of the orders passed by this Forum has already been made by the respondent-JD no. 1 and thus, the present execution petition may be dismissed.

             Case called several times since morning. But neither the complainant nor his counsel has appeared. It appears that the complainant is least interested in pursuing the present complaint. It is already 3.50 pm. Further wait is not justified. Accordingly, keeping in view the statement made by ld. Counsel for respondent no. 1 and also due to non-appearance of the complainant-DH & his counsel the present execution petition is hereby dismissed in default for non-prosecution.

             File be consigned after due compliance.
