          This complaint coming on 15.10.2005 for filing sworn affidavit of complainant and interrogatories and upon the counsel for complainant Sri C.V.Ram Prasad, Advocate, Kurnool filed memo not pressing the complaint and Sri S.Viswanatha Reddy, Advocate, Kurnool for opposite party No.1 and opposite party No.2 set exparte and upon the perusing the material papers on record the Forum made the following.

          Memo filed by complainant’s side not pressing the complaint and seeking the dismissal of complaint with costs.  The counsel for opposite party No.1 endorses the dismissal of complaint with costs to opposite party No.1.  As this was filed after filing the written version of opposite party No.1 through advocate, the complaint is dismissed with costs of Rs.500/- to the other side.
