3.       Trending Networks Pvt. Ltd, Plot No.7, Nirmal Colony, behind Sachdeva Hospital, Sector-12, Karnal, Haryana-132001, through its Prop/authorized signatory.

4.       Paras Traders, Shop No.6, Model Town, Karnal-132001, Haryana through its Proprietor/authorized signatory.

                   Learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint on account of technical defect and sought permission to file afresh.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
