Today is fixed for hearing on the application praying for some amendment in the cause title of the complaint in respect of the address of the OP no.3. The application was filed on 21.03.2022

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is present. It is submitted by her that copies of the application was duly served upon OP no.1 and 2. As the aforesaid application for amendment is registered as MA no.65/2022, the application is taken up for hearing, but none appears on behalf of the OP no. 1 and 2. The application relates to change of address only of OP no.3 for inclusion of proper address of OP no.3. The OP will not be prejudice to any way if the complainant gets the opportunity of changing the address of the OP no.3. The petition is allowed. The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to file amended complaint reflecting by incorporating the correct address of the OP no.3 in the cause of the complaint after deletion of the existing address by red ink by 26.05.202.

In view of the above MA being no.65/2022 is hereby disposed off.
