Final Order / Judgement

   Case called before UBLA Both parties filed joint memo stating that the OP agreed to pay Rs.5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs)  to the complainants within 60 days from this day a certificate alongwith application U/o 32 R-7(1) of Cr.PC for seeking permission from this commission by compt. No.1 on behalf of Minot compt. No.2 ,3 and 4 also filed affidavit.

    Perused joint memo certificate and application the application U/o 32 R-7(1) of CPC is hereby allowed to compromise the matter on behalf of compt. N0.2,3 and 4 the joint memo is hereby allowed and OP’s are hereby directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 5 lakhs before this commission within 60 days from the date of this order and compt. NO.1 2,3 and 4 having each share and compt. No.5 and 6 are having one share. The compt. No.1 is hereby  directed to keep the 3 shares of compt. No.2,3 and 4 to be deposited  at the nationalized  bank or  at the bank choose by compt. No.1 for F.D till the attainment of their majority  Hence case is close as compromised.
