Complainant is absent without step. He is found absent on calls. It appears from the endorsement of B/C by the left side of the last order that copy of last order was sent to the complainant by post. In such circumstances we have no reason to believe that the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case. further. Hence this case deserves dismissal.
