          This is a complaint filed under sections 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for directing the first opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards the compensation of mental agony that the complainant undergoing during the period and to pay a sum of Rs.53,400/- towards the cost of the laptop and extended warranty to the complainant and also to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the complainant towards the cost of the complaint.    

          Notice was issued to the opposite parties.  All the opposite parties called absent set exparte.  The complainant was examined as CW1 and marked Exs.C1 to C17.   The complaint was posted for steps in m.P. No.29 & 30 of 2008 and for hearing of the complainant.

3. Today this complaint was called.  Complainant absent.  No representation made for long time.  Hence, this complaint is hereby dismissed for default.  No costs.
