This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

1st complainant and the complainants counsel and opposite party counsel present and filed advance to settle the case. Allowed. The 1st complainant and the complainants counsel endorsed that they received cheque from the opposite party to want full and final settlement and hence withdrawing the complaint. In view of the endorsement, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and settled.
