ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     Application for withdrawal of the present consumer complaint received through e-mail from the counsel for complainant stating that the complainant has resolved the consumer dispute with opposite parties and the complainant does not want to pursue the complaint any further in view of compromise. Contents of the e-mail & application confirmed from counsel for the complainant through virtual hearing. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.

      Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
